7. 20 This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Oklahoma AI
8. 22 SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
9. 1 A. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving
10. 3 Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject
11. 12 B. All monies accruing to the credit of the Oklahoma AI
12. 13 Education Innovation Revolving Fund are hereby appropriated and
13. 21 Department of Career and Technology Education; and
14. 5 Services shall transfer the amounts specified in subsection B of
15. 8 D. Monies distributed from the Oklahoma AI Education Innovation
16. 9 Revolving Fund shall be expended by the receiving agencies solely
17. 7 E. Monies in the Oklahoma AI Education Innovation Revolving
18. 8 Fund, and monies distributed therefrom to the agencies designated in
19. 15 F. Monies distributed from the fund to the agencies designated
20. 18 Fund but shall be retained by the receiving agency and shall remain
21. 21 G. No later than October 1 of each year, each agency receiving

26. 23 B. The Oklahoma AI Education Advisory Council shall consist of

29. 14 D. Members of the Oklahoma AI Education Advisory Council shall

31. 21 SECTION 4. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
32. 1 A. The Oklahoma AI Education Advisory Council shall have the
33. 4 Education, the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, the
34. 5 Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education, and the
35. 14 B. The Council shall have no authority to direct, control, or
36. 18 C. No later than December 1 of each year, the Council shall
37. 21 State Board of Education, and the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher
38. 8 SECTION 5. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
39. 11 A. The Oklahoma AI Education Advisory Council shall meet at
40. 15 B. At its first meeting, the Council shall elect from among its
41. 18 C. A majority of the members of the Council shall constitute a
42. 20 Council shall require the affirmative vote of a majority of those
43. 22 D. The Council may establish subcommittees as it deems
44. 3 E. All meetings of the Council and its subcommittees shall be
45. 5 F. The State Department of Education, the Oklahoma State
46. 6 Regents for Higher Education, the Oklahoma Department of Career and
47. 7 Technology Education, and the Oklahoma Department of Libraries shall
